Worked in Irrigation and Flood Control Department of Delhi Administration for 6 years.  Worked in Lok Sabha Secretariat for 34 years - 11 years’ experience in PRIDE in organising Appreciation Courses in Parliamentary Processes and Procedures for IAS, IFS, IPS, IRS, IES, Indian Railway Service  Probationers, Officers of C&AG etc., Orientation Programmes for newly elected MPs and MLAs, Training Programmes for Foreign Parliamentary Officials, MDPs for officers of Lok Sabha and State Legislature Secretariats, All India Model Parliament Competitions for Universities/Colleges of the country.  Delivered lectures for the Probationers for 20 years in the PRIDE. Assisted in organising innumerable national and international Conferences of Parliamentarians, President’s Addresses and Joint Session in the Central Hall of Parliament, Heads of foreign countries’ addreesses in the Central Hall etc. 17 years’ experience at the Table of Lok Sabha and 6 years as Director, Public Accounts Committee, Lok Sabha.
