• Thirteen years experience as a Trainer at Defence Headquarters Training Institute, New Delhi.
• A Government of India Department of Personnel and Training certified National resource Person and Master Trainer of Design of training (DoT) package of Thames Valley University London.

• Selected and accredited as master Trainer in 2018. Master Trainers Serve as role models in training profession, both by demonstrating excellence, best practices, setting and monitoring training standards and leading by example. The Master trainers are considered to be a National- Resource.
