• One-week course on “DESIGN OF TRAINING” conducted at ISTM from 28th March to 1st April, 2022.
• Five Day Training Course on “EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING TOOLS” at ISTM from 17th Oct to 21st Oct, 2022.
• Six Day “TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS CONSULTANCY SKILLS COURSE” at ISTM from 20th Feb to 25th Feb, 2023.

TRAINING EXPERIENCE

• I have training experience as Guest Faculty in the Training Institutes of CPWD, DDA, CRPF, BSF and NTRO w.e.f. 2018 to 2021.
• I served as Assistant Director (Faculty Member) in Institute of Training and Management (ISTM) with effect from 31st December, 2021 upto 16th Oct, 2023. Thereafter w.e.f. 17th Oct, 2023, I have been serving as Deputy Director (Faculty Member) in ISTM itself till date.
