• National Facilitator for Leadership Skills and Team Building

  Selected and developed by DoPT as National Facilitator for Leadership Skills in 2015. Leadership Skills Module developed by Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) under the aegis of UNDP. These modules are being delivered at Central/State Administrative Institutes as coordinated by DoPT/ATIs. Have conducted more than 30 Modules so far for Group ‘A’ officers of various cadres and Ministries at ISTM, HIPA and various other Central/State Training institutes.

• Training of Trainers Skills (ToT).

  Was selected and developed as Recognised Trainer for Direct Trainer Skills (RT DTS) by DoPT at ISTM in Sep 2018. This course is specially designed to prepare Trainers for training of the trainers specifically for personnel directly involved in training:-
