Consultancy, Research and Publications

I have provided consultancy on the above subjects to various Ministries and Departments on behalf of ISTM. Under an UNDP sponsored programme, | also developed a Distance learning Material on “Reservation in services” which is available at the DoPT’s website at “persmin.gov.in”. | have also authored a book on “Reservation in services” which is kind workbook on this subject.

Attended a number of conferences on Renewable Energy. In November 2023, | was invited as a speaker by the Central Vigilance Commission as one of the speakers on Panel Discussion on ‘ Disciplinary Proceedings’ which is scheduled for 02.11.2023.

I have contributed to iGOT(integrated government online training platform). One of the courses in iGOT on conduct of Inquiry in disciplinary matters, has been mandated by DoPT vide their 0.M No. 11012/3612023-PP.A-111 dated 11/10/2023 for all Inquiry officers
