1)    Biswajit Banerjee is a distinguished professional with a multifaceted career spanning various domains, particularly in public service and education. His journey began in the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, where he served as Assistant Section Officer and later as Section Officer. Transitioning to the Ministry of Education, Biswajit honed his skills further, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM) as a faculty member. There, he imparted his expertise in diverse subjects such as Constitutional Law, Communication Skills for Non-Native Speakers, Vigilance, and Personality Development, among others.

2)    Elevating his career, Biswajit took on the role of Under Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training, expertly managing establishment matters, government litigation, and a variety of training initiatives.
