Subject:  Orientation Training Programme on General Financial Rules 2017 (OTP-GFR-08) from 7^th -8^th May,2018

Madam/Sir,

            

A two days Orientation Training Programme on General Financial Rules,2017 will be conducted in this institute from 7^th -8^th May,2018. Details of the objectives of programme, its content, eligible conditions, procedure for nomination and other information relating to the programme and facilities available are given at Annexure-I.

 2.       Nominations for the above training programme may be submitted in the prescribed Proforma online which is available on our website  http://www.istm.gov.in under the link ‘Online Form’ well before the closing date, which is  02.04.2018.  Print out of the filled up nomination forms, duly approved by the sponsoring authority, may be sent so as to reach this office on or before the closing date. Nomination not submitted online or non-receipt of hard copy of nomination (duly forwarded by sponsoring authority) or received after the last date shall not be accepted.

 3.     The names of selected officials/ officers shall be placed on the website of ISTM after the closing date under the link “Confirmed Nomination”. Only those officials/ officers should be relieved whose nominations have been accepted by this Institute and a confirmation to that effect is shown on the above link.

PROGAMME CODE : OTP - GFR-8

 

PROGRAMME TITLE & SCHEDULE      :

Orientation Training Programme on GFRs, 2017 from 7^th -8^th May, 2018        

 

OBJECTIVES:                                            

To sensitize the participants about the important changes made in the General Financial

Rules.

 

METHODOLOGY                                                       :

Lectures / power point presentation cum discussion

 

 

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS :       

The Programme is meant for Officers/ officials in Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations

of Govt. of India

 

VENUE:                                

Seminar Hall Complex, ISTM, JNU (Old) Campus, Opposite Ber Sarai, New Delhi 11006

COURSE FEE :

A course fee of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) is payable in respect of the

trainees sponsored by Autonomous bodies /Public Sector Undertakings by way of Bank

Draft / Cheque drawn in favour of "PAO, DP&AR, NEW DELHI".

HOSTEL:

 ISTM has a modest hostel facility where AC rooms are available, on twin sharing, on first come first served basis.  For details relating to the tariff and availability of accommodation at the ISTM Hostel, the participants may contact the staff at Hostel Counter at Tel. No:  011-26172571. Family members of the participants are NOT allowed to stay in the hostel with the participants. The availability of hostel accommodation is NOT guaranteed and in case of non-availability, the trainees are advised to make their own arrangements for stay in Delhi.

OTHER:   Candidates whose nominations are accepted by Institute of Secretariat Training & Management shall be intimated through the website of istm.gov.in.
