Sir / Madam,

The officers (s) as mentioned in the website of this Institute have been selected for participation in the above mentioned course. It is requested that the official (s) concerned may kindly be directed to report at 9.00 A.M. on 2^nd December, 2013 in ISTM, JNU Old Campus, New Delhi-67.

2.         The Institute is located in South Delhi in Old JNU Campus, near Munirka and opposite Sector III, R.K. Puram on the Outer Ring Road. It is about 15 Kms from Old Delhi / New Delhi / Hazrat nizamudeen Railway Stations, and 10 Kms from IGI (Domestic) Airport. The outstation candidates are advised to take a prepaid taxi / auto rickshaw from the Railway Station / Airport to Old JNU Campus.

3.         For the outstation participants the Institute has modest hostel facilities on “first-come-first-served” basis at Hostel Block No.1, Old JNU campus, [entrance from New Mehrauli Road]. On arrival the participants may contact the Hostel Warden or Caretaker (Telephone No. 011-26172571). A prior intimation of the date and time of arrival is desirable. The boarding and lodging charges are to be paid in cash to the Catering Manager and Hostel Warden respectively.

4.         As is already clear Capitation fee of Rs. 2000/- per participant will be charged from the candidates sponsored by the organisation other than the Central Govt. or State Govt. candidates           (eg. Public sector undertakings/ Autonomous bodies).  It may please be ensured that the organisations who have not so far forwarded the fees in respect of selected candidates may do so now and preferably the same may be sent through the selected candidates. 

5.         The final day proceedings are likely to conclude at 5.00 P.M. 6^th December, 2013 and the outstation participants may plan their return journey accordingly.

6.         Concerned officers may confirm participation by e-mail, fax or post to the undersigned.
