   - ISTM Library offers assistance in finding information, conducting research, and navigating library resources.

3. Interlibrary Loan:

   - If ISTM library doesn't have a specific item as requested by the User, this is offered through interlibrary loan services.

4. Digital Resources:

   - ISTM Library is increasingly providing access to digital resources such as e-books, audiobooks, and digital magazines.

5. Computer and Internet Access:

   - ISTM library offers computer workstations with internet access for research, and other purposes.

6. Educational Programs:

   - ISTM Library regularly host workshops, seminars, and other educational events for the community.

7. Periodicals and Newspapers:

   - ISTM Library offers a wide range of selected of magazines, journals, and newspapers for reading within the library.

8. Reading Room:

    - ISTM library provides access to the reading room to all the visitors, irrespective of their membership.

9. Meeting Rooms:

    - ISTM library provides access to the meeting room, if available, which can be booked though an email request.

10. Multimedia Resources:

    - ISTM Library have a collection of DVDs, CDs, and other multimedia materials available for borrowing.

11. Printing, Copying, and Scanning:

    - ISTM Library offers photocopying, printing, and scanning services at no cost for limited number of pages.

12. Research Assistance:

    - ISTM Library assists patrons in conducting research, locating relevant resources, and using library databases.

13. Community Engagement:

    - ISTM Library organizes events and activities to engage with the local community, such as book clubs, author talks, and cultural programs.
